About the event

The Los Angeles Chapter is excited to offer another professional development session – Discovering Your Strengths.

This event was so much fun last year, we wanted to offer it again. Please join us!

Knowing your Strengths will change your life! How would you like to…

·      Look forward to going to work

·      Achieve more on a daily basis

·      Have more positive than negative interactions with coworkers (including your boss!)

·      Have more positive, creative and innovative moments

·      Experience less burnout and more engagement

You can! And Gallup research* proves it. The key to unlocking this magic in your life is to know and intentionally apply your talents and strengths to your daily work and home life. Karen Hallsman, CEBS member and Certified Life and Gallup Global Strengths Coach will take you through a 2-1/2 hour session to help you understand and develop your strengths to achieve greater achievement and fulfillment in your work and home life.

In this session you will:

• Gain a deep understanding of your innate talents and strengths

• Develop a new, highly sophisticated language to speak to those strengths in

developmental and career growth conversations with your boss, in a job

interview, even with family and friends

• Learn how to apply your strengths to create more engagement and excitement

in your day-to-day job function

• Personalized, detailed reports and action sheets included.

All this plus lunch, networking, and fun! Registration and coffee from 9:30 - 10:00 am | Class and lunch from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm.
